Tobyn DeYoung
Tobyn has over 30 years of experience in handling eminent domain, condemnation and inverse condemnation cases. He began his career as an eminent domain real estate appraiser. His knowledge and experience gained as an appraiser is an invaluable asset in critiquing government appraisals and analyzing the impacts of takings on clients’ properties. Early in his legal career, he served as an Assistant Attorney General representing the Florida Department of Transportation in eminent domain and inverse condemnation matters. Since that time his practice has been exclusively devoted to representing property and business owners throughout Florida.
