The Tampa Bay Next/Westshore Interchange Project involved some of the highest value and eminent domain cases in Florida in terms of both value of the subject properties and in the amount of compensation paid for the takings.  The takings were from large scale Class A office space and other commercial properties.   These cases involved complex and novel legal, appraisal and engineering issues. At the conclusion of the project, our law firm recovered over $170 million dollars, exclusive of attorney’s fees and costs, including over $120 million in benefits to our clients.
